NAG2 Transmission ATF flush of valve body and cooler

Great video and write up on changing ATF in transmission and torque converter. My transmission will have it first ATF 135FE change at 75,000 miles (121 kM). I will have 1 case of 12 1-L bottles of ATF 134 FE available. It is very hard to get the ATF 134 FE in my area now. Some recommended a final flushing of the ATF from the valve body and cooler by disconnecting the cooler return line and running new ATF through the lines. Then refilling and adjust ATF level at 45C. Is this over doing the job or will it be damaging to the transmission by rapid dissolving of particulates?
